Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: February 5, 2026
Under certain U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"), you may have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, or the use of your personal information for targeted advertising.
This page explains what those terms mean in the context of RideBuilder's Services and how to exercise your opt-out rights.
What does 'sale' or 'sharing' mean?
Under applicable privacy laws, "selling" personal information includes disclosing or making it available to a third party in exchange for money or other valuable consideration. RideBuilder may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, and similar tracking technologies that allow third parties to collect information about your activity on our Services for advertising, analytics, and affiliate measurement purposes. Depending on applicable law, some of these practices may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or as targeted advertising.
What personal information may be involved?
The personal information that may be disclosed to or collected by third parties through these technologies may include:
- IP address and device identifiers
- Browser type and version
- Pages viewed and features used
- Links clicked and search activity
- Referring URLs
- Approximate location
- Advertising or conversion interactions
For a full description of the personal information we collect and how we use it, please review our Privacy Policy.

You may also have the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, where applicable under your state's law.
