DMCA & Copyright Policy

RideBuilder Inc. ("RideBuilder," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our websites, mobile applications, and other online services (collectively, the "Services") to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
This policy explains how to submit a DMCA takedown notice, how to file a counter-notice, and how repeat infringement is handled. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.
Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe that content available on or through our Services infringes one or more of your copyrights, you may submit a written notice of infringement to our designated DMCA agent. Your notice must include all of the following:
- (1)A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
- (2)Identification of the copyrighted work or works claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- (3)Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (such as the URL or other specific location on the Services).
- (4)Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- (5)A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- (6)A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability.

Counter-notice procedure
If you believe that content you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include all of the following:
- (1)Your physical or electronic signature.
- (2)Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- (3)A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- (4)Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- (5)A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which RideBuilder may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.
Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward a copy to the original complainant and inform them that the removed material may be restored after 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking a court order, the removed material may be restored to the Services in 10 to 14 business days, at our sole discretion.
Repeat infringers
RideBuilder has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit or remove access to the Services for users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is a repeat pattern.
Third-party content
RideBuilder does not host, store, or control most third-party content linked from or referenced by our Services, such as product listings, images, or descriptions provided by third-party retailers, brands, or partners. If you believe third-party content linked from our Services infringes your copyright, we encourage you to contact the relevant third party directly. We will cooperate with any valid legal process related to content on our own Services.
General copyright information
The RideBuilder name, logo, brand elements, original written content, product build tools, interface design, and other original materials on the Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit RideBuilder's proprietary content without our express written permission.
