Cookie Policy

Last updated: February 5, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how RideBuilder Inc. ("RideBuilder," "we," "us," or "our") and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies when you visit or use our websites, mobile applications, and other online services that link to this Cookie Policy (collectively, the "Services"). It also explains the choices you have to manage these technologies.

This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your browser, computer, mobile device, or other device when you visit a website. Cookies allow websites and online services to recognize your device, remember your preferences, support site functionality, improve performance, and understand how users interact with the Services.

We may also use similar technologies, including web beacons, pixels, tags, scripts, SDKs, local storage, and device identifiers. These technologies may collect information about your device, browser, interactions with the Services, pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, approximate location, and other usage information.

Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?

Yes. We and our service providers may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to gather information when you interact with the Services. Some of these technologies are necessary to operate the Services, maintain security, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and support basic site functions. Others help us understand usage, improve the Services, measure performance, personalize content, support advertising, and measure affiliate or conversion activity.

We may also allow certain third parties and service providers to use online tracking technologies on our Services for analytics, advertising, affiliate tracking, conversion tracking, abandoned cart reminders, and similar purposes. These third parties may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites, apps, and devices.

Types of cookies and technologies we use

1. Essential cookies

These cookies are necessary for the Services to function properly. They may be used to:

  • Enable core website and app functionality
  • Maintain account login sessions
  • Support security and fraud prevention
  • Remember privacy or cookie preferences
  • Prevent crashes, debug issues, and maintain service reliability
  • Protect against bots, scraping, abuse, or unauthorized access

Because these cookies are necessary, you may not be able to disable them through our cookie preference tools.

2. Performance and analytics cookies

These cookies help us understand how users interact with the Services. They may collect information such as pages visited, features used, links clicked, time spent on pages, referring URLs, device type, browser type, and error reports.

We use this information to:

  • Measure traffic and usage
  • Improve site performance
  • Understand which features are useful
  • Detect bugs and technical issues
  • Improve product recommendations, search, and user experience

3. Functional cookies

These cookies help us remember choices you make and provide enhanced functionality. They may be used to remember preferences such as display settings, saved filters, account settings, vehicle selections, build preferences, or other personalization features.

If you disable these cookies, some features may not work as intended.

4. Advertising and targeting cookies

We and certain third parties may use cookies and similar technologies to deliver, manage, measure, or improve advertising and promotional content. These technologies may help tailor advertisements or content to your interests, measure ad performance, prevent repetitive ads, and understand interactions with advertisements.

These third parties may collect information about your activity over time and across different websites and apps to provide advertising about products or services that may be relevant to you.

5. Affiliate and conversion tracking cookies

RideBuilder may use affiliate links, referral links, conversion pixels, tracking tags, or similar technologies to understand when users click on third-party product links, visit partner sites, or complete purchases or other actions with third-party retailers, brands, or partners.

These technologies help us:

  • Measure referrals and conversions
  • Credit affiliate partners or referral sources
  • Understand whether product links are useful
  • Improve product recommendations and shopping features
  • Support RideBuilder's affiliate and partner relationships

Blocking non-essential cookies may limit our ability to measure conversions or credit affiliate partners for referrals.

6. Social media and embedded content technologies

The Services may include social media features, embedded content, sharing tools, or integrations from third-party platforms. These third parties may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about your interactions with their features, subject to their own privacy policies and terms. RideBuilder does not control how third-party platforms use their own cookies or tracking technologies.

Third-party cookies and service providers

We may allow service providers, analytics providers, advertising partners, affiliate partners, payment processors, social media platforms, and other third parties to place or use cookies and similar technologies on or through the Services.

Their use of information is governed by their own privacy policies, cookie policies, and terms. RideBuilder is not responsible for the privacy, security, or information practices of third parties.

Your choices

You have several ways to manage cookies and similar technologies.

Browser settings

Most browsers allow you to remove, block, or reject cookies. You can usually find these controls in your browser's privacy or security settings.

Please note that if you block or delete cookies, some parts of the Services may not work properly. For example, you may need to log in again, reset preferences, or lose certain personalization features.

In-product preferences

Where available, you may manage certain preferences through your RideBuilder account settings or in-product controls.

Cookie preferences tool

Where available, you may manage non-essential cookies through our Cookie Notice or Cookie Preferences tool. You can use this tool to adjust certain analytics, advertising, affiliate, or other non-essential cookie preferences. Essential cookies may remain active because they are necessary to operate and secure the Services.

Global Privacy Control

Where required by applicable law, we will honor browser-based Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signals as an opt-out preference. Our Privacy Policy also explains that we honor GPC signals where required by law.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a Do Not Track ("DNT") setting. Because there is currently no uniform standard for recognizing or responding to DNT signals, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. This does not affect our handling of GPC signals where required by applicable law.

Sales, sharing, and targeted advertising choices

Some privacy laws may consider certain uses of cookies, pixels, or similar technologies for targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or analytics to be a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising.

To the extent our use of online tracking technologies is considered a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under applicable law, you may opt out by using our Cookie Preferences tool, enabling a legally recognized browser-based opt-out signal such as GPC where required, or submitting a privacy request as described in our Privacy Policy.

Mobile app technologies

If you use RideBuilder's mobile applications, we may use mobile SDKs, device identifiers, analytics tools, crash reporting tools, push notification tools, or similar technologies to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the app.

You may be able to manage certain permissions, such as location access, push notifications, and device-level tracking preferences, through your mobile device settings.

Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this Cookie Policy and will be effective when posted, unless otherwise stated. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice where appropriate or required by law.
